Introduction: yanaginagi, alternatively known as Gazelle, or otherwise simply known as nagi, is a Japanese vocalist, lyricist, composer and arranger under record label NBC Universal. She is known for performing as a guest singer for the band supercell under the name nagi from 2009-2011.

Biography: During her childhood, she first became interested in music with the help of an electronic organ her mother received from the neighboring residents. She would go on to start composing music during Junior High School using DTM (Desktop Music) software her brother had bought.

In 2006, as a 19 year old, she would start making her indie debut by posting songs to the music site Player's Kingdom, where she would go on to produce many original songs. She has also posted songs to the video sharing site Nico Nico Douga under the name Gazelle, and participated as one of the singers in "Lantis Suite feat. Nico Nico Artists". During her stay at Nico Nico Douga, she would at one point come in contact with ryo, the leader of supercell, which eventually led her to start working with him. A couple of years later in March 2008, she would retire from music activites on the site Nico Nico Douga.

On February 29, 2012, she would make her major debut by releasing the single "Vidro Moyou" through Geneon Universal.
