On her Twitter account, Kohske notes that she has systemic lupus erythematosus. Due to complications from the disease, she has lost one eye and has paralysis in her fingers, as well as issues with her blood vessels and internal organs. Kohske is chronically ill and has frequent hospital visits, and because she prioritizes her health over her work, updates to GANGSTA. are irregular.
