Verne Andru is a veteran Canadian animator and illustrator best known for his work as a Line Layout Artist on Nelvana’s legendary 1983 cyberpunk cult classic, Rock & Rule, where he built the film's iconic environments by translating raw storyboards into precise background and camera blueprints.
